We have worked with our travel agent Ashley Morris to negotiate a great group rate and pre-reserve rooms for the group. These 24 rooms are reserved at a discounted rate on a first-come, first-served basis.

Space is not guaranteed after these 24 rooms are filled; the sooner you make your deposit and reserve your room, the better. Early RSVPs help us determine if we need to add more rooms to the room block.

Final Payments are due November 21, 2019

Yes, there is a payment plan! To get started, simply fill out the reservation form on Ashley's site. Once your deposit is paid, she can help you set up an interest-free payment plan.

Am I required to book with the travel agent?

Yes, we kindly ask that you make your room reservations with Ashley. We have signed a contract with the hotel to pre-reserve rooms for our group.

To book these pre-reserved rooms at the group rate, all guests need to book through our contract. There is an FAQ on her site that explains this in more detail.
