We're very excited to have you join us for our wedding week! To make things simple, we've hired a travel agent to help our guests arrange your all-inclusive packages.

We've chosen to stay at the Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres and we would encourage you to stay with us!

Many details are below, but here are a few IMPORTANT things to note:

1. Only have 1 person from your party make a room reservation using the booking form (but everyone in your party's information should be entered). Don't have 2 people in the same room fill out the same form.

2. We recommend groups of 2 reserve rooms for optimal comfort, but rooms can accommodate up to 3 guests. We've quoted prices for groups of 2 below, but having 3 guests will bring the price per person down nominally.

3. Transportation to and from the airport are included in the package price. No need to arrange a taxi when arriving or leaving Cancun.

4. To guarantee availability and discounted pricing, please put down your deposit with our agent as soon as possible! Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

5. Ensure that your passport is valid for 6 months from your return date. Every guest requires a passport. Your booking MUST match your passport information EXACTLY.

The wedding week is officially April 22-29, 2025 & the rates we've secured are valid for that week.

The wedding will be held on April 25, 2025.

To reserve your room & guarantee the rate, your deposit must be made no later than April 30, 2024. Current inventory is available on a first-come, first-served basis. DO NOT wait to book your room; if you would like a room in addition to our current inventory & it's not appearing when you go to the booking form, please contact Melanie via email as soon as possible.

** Final payment date is January 31, 2025 **

PLEASE NOTE: NO changes to reservations will be permitted after the final payment date as it will result in full cancellation of your reservation.

This means that Angelika & Kyle have paid a deposit to pre-reserve rooms for your group.

• The couple has signed a contract with the resort and has committed to a minimum number of rooms
• Only rooms booked with SS count toward this contract
• We have reserved several different room types for you to choose from. Descriptions can be found below under Accommodations.

Ang & Kyle have paid a deposit to reserve rooms for your group. They have a group contract that allows them to offer additional benefits for their guests.

The group kindly asks that you book your hotel within our designated group contract here at SS.

There are several reasons why you should honor the group's wishes and book the hotel portion with the group:

• The group has worked with Melanie to negotiate a contract for the ENTIRE group. This includes a special set rate and includes transportation.
• Groups are given priority status at the resort, so you might miss out on some VIP treatment.
• Groups are given priority room assignments, so if you book directly, you're likely getting a room that couldn't be sold to a group. It will be leftover inventory, probably in a undesirable location away from everyone else.
• Groups are given priority in terms of an oversold situation. If the hotel over sells, your group is protected but reservations booked outside of the group is not. You could be walked to another location.

Guests who do not book within the group contract unfortunately:

• Will not get the group rates.
• Will have to pay up front vs. over time.
• Will not receive any pre-departure, during travel or post-trip support from me.
• Unfortunately, Melanie cannot assist with travel arrangements made outside of the group, nor can I assist in the event of an emergency.
• Will be required to pay a day pass on property to attend wedding events & typically start at $100 USD per person, per wedding event.

Note: Day pass sales are extremely limited due to occupancy restrictions & are never guaranteed.

In order to confirm your booking, a minimum non-refundable, non-transferrable deposit of $250 per person is required. All rooms must be deposited by April 30, 2024 & final payment is due no later than January 31, 2025 to secure this discounted rate.

You will be sent an invoice once your booking request has been processed; this invoice MUST be be approved within 24 hours, in order to re-confirm your booking. At this time, your deposit of $250 per person will be processed.

Yes! Initial deposits are due no later than April 30, 2024. You will receive a monthly payment reminder from my system & you can either ignore it or make an interim payment at that time, if you like.

There are no set requirements for payments, as long as final payments are made by the deadline.

Final payments are due on January 31, 2025.

Because group reservations at all inclusive resorts are pre-paid and non-refundable, travel insurance is encouraged to protect your investment. Life is unpredictable; plans can change.

The cost of insurance is based on your age, your province of residency and the total cost of your trip. Due to this, travel insurance prices will be quoted for each individual guest.

Without insurance, there are no refunds should your plans change.

Without insurance, you will also not have any medical coverage for mishaps or catastrophic events. Your extended benefits, provincial health care and/or your credit card insurance may not be sufficient.

On the booking form, you will see the option for Sunwing's Worry Free Cancellation Waiver; you can read the details of that coverage by clicking the link at the bottom of this section.

We have limited quantities available for purchase, which must be paid for a the time of deposit, and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Your passport must be valid 6 month from your return date

Every guest must have a valid passport - even infants. You will need this to board your flight and the resort will ask for it when you check-in. If you do not have a passport or need to renew yours, click below.

Note: If you will be attending the wedding, and need a first-time passport OR need to renew your passport, please do this NOW. Routine processing times in Canada are pretty much back on track, but you can pay for expedited services in certain cases.

Please also check the expiration date on your current passport, it must be valid for 6 months from your return date.

Please note within 30 days of travel you will be provided with the most up-to-date list of tours available.
