Cancún International Airport (CUN) is the closest airport to the Hyatt Ziva and within a 30 minute drive to the resort.

We highly encourage you to reserve a transfer to/from Cancún International Airport (CUN). You can book directly with Lomas Travel or leverage our travel partners for reservations using this link.

Please note directions for meeting their representatives outside the terminal upon your arrival in Mexico.

Check your passports to make sure you know where they are and that they have not expired! It is important to know that since you're traveling out of the country, a valid passport might not be enough to allow you to board your flight.

Your passport might expire too soon to meet the foreign country's requirements.

Your passport is only valid if it expires AFTER January, 2024!

Please confirm that your passport does not expire before that date and renew your passport as soon as possible if renewal is due. Processing and delivery time for passports can take upwards of 11 weeks!

Be sure to reference hotel details and the resort map throughout your stay. For ease of access, you can add as a bookmark to your phone's home screen.  It will include:

- Restaurant Information - menus, hours, and dress codes. No reservations required 

- Daily Activities and Entertainment - details of things happening across the day including workout classes, games, trivia, karaoke, etc.

- Room Service - can be ordered directly through this site

- Options to request an excursion

- Request a spa service (wedding guests will receive a 10% discount on all services)
