The wedding and reception to follow will both be outside, weather permitting. So dress accordingly for your comfort.

We ask you please RSVP by 01/01/2024, which is only A FEW DAYS before 45% of room cost is due. 

HOWEVER, just because you RSVP by this time, doesn't mean you have to book and start paying for your trip. BUT we HIGHLY recommend that you book with your deposit to hold your room and start making payments ASAP. If rooms are not snatched up within so many days of the wedding, we have to release them from our booking reservation!! If this happens, the longer you wait to book-the less likely rooms will be available closer to the wedding date. 

In addition, if you RSVP as going and/or begun making payments, but find out later that you can no longer make it, you can change your RSVP submission after this RSVP due date and you will need to review the refund policy on the travel tab.

Yes. We understand you may want to travel in larger groups for vacations. However, all guests are only allowed their significant other or a plus one to bring along to our wedding festivities. If you would like to bring additional guests to the wedding and reception, please confirm that it is alright with the bride to ensure there is enough food and space for them. 

Yes! Majority of the rooms we have reserved are at the family friendly resort. The more the merrier!
