COVID-19 Information
We want all of our guests to be and feel safe during the ongoing COVID-19 Pandemic
Gathering together during this pandemic is certainly unprecedented, but we are taking steps to reduce the likelihood of transmission. For those of you who are choosing not to attend due to COVID concerns, we certainly understand and still want you to be a part of our celebration. As such, we will be attempting to live-stream the ceremony for anyone who has logged in to our website and RSVP'd. Go to http://www.andreaandmatthew2020.com/events/ for more information.
As many of you know, we have to be extra careful regarding our family members who are vulnerable with respect to the Coronavirus. As such, we have developed the following plan:
1. If you have any of the presenting symptoms prior to coming to the wedding, please stay home and get better. We will definitely miss you, but we will have plenty of video and photos to share of the special day.
Symptoms are:
*Fever or chills
*Cough
*Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
*Fatigue
*Muscle or body aches
*Headache
*New loss of taste or smell
*Sore throat
*Congestion or runny nose
*Nausea or vomiting
*Diarrhea

2. If you do not feel comfortable being around others at the time of the wedding, please feel free to change your mind about coming, even if it's the day of. We want all of our guests to feel safe, even if that means staying home for some of you. If you need to change your RSVP, please do so at this link: http://www.andreaandmatthew2020.com/rsvp/
3. For guests that will be in attendance, we will have 3 options of colored wrist bands for you to wear signalling how comfortable you are with your level of social distancing. Red means that you plan to keep your distance during the event, Yellow means that you are comfortable with talking, but not touching, and Green means that you are comfortable with touching and talking. We hope that this system will help signal to others your preferred level of social distancing.
4. We will also encourage guests to use a mask when seated during the ceremony and when congregating in tight clusters. We will provide disposable masks to those that do not have any, as well as hand sanitizer at various stations. If you cannot wear a mask due to any medical or sensory conditions, please know that we will not be enforcing any kind of compliance. We want all of you to have fun while being safe.
