Lyft
You must download the app on your cellphone and you can have a Lyft Car pick you up at the airport or location anywhere in L.A of your choice and drop you off at your preferred destination.
A Lyft is similar to a taxi but cheaper and more efficient. The Whole transaction is done via cellphone.
Bird (Electric Scooter)
There are plenty of Bird (electric scooters) parked all around the downtown L.A sidewalks. You just download the app and pay via credit card via cellphone. You can leave it where ever you like when you are done with it.

The Last Bookstore (my favorite bookstore in all of L.A)
The Last Bookstore is California’s largest used and new book and record store. Currently in our third incarnation, we began in 2005 in a downtown Los Angeles loft.
That’s when owner Josh Spencer took his decade of experience selling everything from cars to clothes online and focused instead on his first love: books. During the revitalization of downtown LA, we grew quickly to our current 22,000 sq. ft. space in the Spring Arts Tower at 5th & Spring. The name was chosen with irony, but seems more appropriate with each passing day as physical bookstores die out like dinosaurs from the meteoric impact of Amazon and e-books. We continue to BUY, SELL, and TRADE like we have from day one. In addition to over 250,000 NEW and USED books on two floors, including our new Arts & Rare Book Annex, our shared space includes tens of thousands of VINYL RECORDS and GRAPHIC NOVELS, a huge mezzanine level that includes the Labyrinth Above the Last Bookstore, Gather Yarn Shop, and the Spring Arts Collective gallery shops. Truly something for everyone. Somehow we became one of the largest independent bookstores in the world still standing. We continue to be amazed at how we got here. It’s ALL thanks to people like you who want to keep actual books and records existing in the world. Join the cause — visit us soon!
Walt Disney Concert Hall
Walt Disney Concert Hall opened on October 24, 2003. It has received wide acclaim for its excellent acoustics and distinctive architecture. Walt Disney Concert Hall has a seating capacity of 2,265. The first view of Walt Disney Concert Hall most people see is the curving stainless steel skin of the building's exterior.
Two Bit Circus
A futuristic yet vintage take on a Dave-n-Busters, mixed in with all sorts of Circusy crazy goodness. You will have nothing but fun and laughs here!
Santa Monica pier and Boardwalk
A pier that juts out to the ocean, laden with a Ferris wheel and circus games. You must come have a funnel cake and take a gander at the gorgeous coastal views. You can walk along the miles of sandy beach as far as the eye can see! Option to rent a bike and cycle over to the neighboring Venice Beach (a favorite past time of ours from Venice up to Malibu).
Grand Central Market
Directly in the heart of Downtown L.A, one can find a myriad of scrumptious delights all in one spot! From libations, to pastrami, to ramen, to pasta, what you want, ye shall have!
Marugame Monzo
The best Udon in town and you have the option to sit and watch them make them fresh in front of your very eyes! My favorite is the Carbonara Udon!
