Gradeschool

Meet Jericho and Ammor. 90s babies. Born to loving families, they will eventually grow up as a caring and affectionate son and daughter to their respective parents. Years later, destiny will cross their paths in what will be known to their families and friends as an easygoing yet devoted relationship.

Highschool Sweetheart

As fate would have it, their school played a big part in how they would meet and in time, form their friendship (thank you, CSMA!). After years of spirited taunting and chasing, Ammor and Jeric became a couple, and this senior prom photo taken in February 2007 was a sweet memento of a time before leaving their alma mater.

College days

College life! While most couples face a tough time during these years, Ammor and Jeric proved their love could withstand any kind of weather. Of course, a good education is still important so they braved through their time in university and graduated with bachelor's degrees, all while remaining steadfast and committed in their relationship.

First Travel together

Taken in Baler, Aurora, this was Jeric and Ammor's first local trip as a couple back in 2014. Surfing lessons are hard! But together, they conquered the waves and just enjoyed each other's company. Here's to more traveling and making beautiful memories in the years ahead.

Decades in Baguio

To the couple, Baguio City holds a very special place in their heart. Ammor had been part of a decade-long (and counting..) tradition, partaking in the celebration of the birthday of Jeric's mother, Atty. Tess, every December. It had become a sort of annual pilgrimage where the Santos clan would go up to the City of Pines to relax and chill, quite literally. The couple would take their obligatory photo in Wright Park just before saying farewell to the city.

The Proposal

It comes as no surprise then that Baguio would become witness to Jeric finally popping the question to Ammor: a proposal every girl dreams of. Though the pandemic halted the family's planned yearly trip to Baguio, Jeric went through hoops and hurdles to still make it happen, right where it all began: Wright Park on December 20, 2020. It might not be obvious, but the horse in the photo was shedding tears of joy.

The Pamamanhikan

Family will always come first. As Filipinos, we owe a huge debt of gratitude to our families for raising and nurturing us. It is but natural to let them be part of this momentous event in our lives. This photo, captured on March 5, 2021, commemorates the first formal meeting (pamamanhikan) of the Villafuerte/Santos - Misericordia families, as Jeric asked for Ammor's hand in marriage. It was a gracious and happy occasion. What comes next? Eh 'di Kasalan na!!

Domestic Travel

One of the most cherished activities a couple can do together is travel. It strengthens their bond and develops their sense of being there for each other. Here are just some of the many memories collected over the years, right here in our beauteous country, the Philippines.

International Travel

But why stop there? We have a big and beautiful planet to explore! So here's raising a glass to Ammor and Jeric, and may their itchy feet and curious minds take them all over the world, hand in hand as a newly-married couple!
