ROOM RESERVATIONS MUST BE DONE BEFORE FEBRUARY 1, 2025.

We recommend flying into Cancun International Airport (CUN), be mindful that this is the closet airport to the the resort and all transportation services offered via the resort will have to be through this airport.

GROUP BOOKING DETAILS | IMPORTANT INFORMATION BELOW

As per our resort policy, all guests MUST book their rooms through the Indian Destination Wedding website (linked below) only. Any guest who books their room through a third party website (Expedia, Costco travel etc.) will NOT be able to access the wedding events without additional fees being imposed.

ROOM RESERVATIONS MUST BE DONE BEFORE FEBRUARY 1, 2025. We cannot guarantee the group rate/hotel benefits will be honored after that date. Please refer to the Hotel Booking Link for payment and cancellation policies.

→ Wedding Events will begin on June 5, 2025 and check-out will be on June 8, 2025.
→ Rates listed will INCLUDE:
⋆ All inclusive accommodations at Moon Palace Cancun, including meals, drinks and activities.
⋆ Special food catered for all wedding specific events.
⋆ All taxes, fees and tips, bellman and housekeeping fees.

→ A three (3) night minimum stay is required, but you are welcome to extend your vacation using our special group rates. The resort will honor the group rate mentioned above from June 3, 2025 to June 10, 2025, in case you choose to extend your stay.

Roundtrip airport transportation is complimentary with a minimum stay of 4+ night stay to and from Moon Palace Cancun and Cancun International Airport (CUN).

Guests staying 3 nights can still request transfers but will be charged $27 per person, for roundtrip transfers or $17 per person for one way transfers that will be billed to your room on property (rates are controlled by Moon Palace and subject to changes upon arrival).
