What dates should I plan my travel?
We would love for our guest to come in on July 29th, for the start of our celebrations, but we understand if you're not able to make it. There is a 3-night minimum, but we have secured discounted room rates for our guest from July 27 - August 3rd for those who want to stay longer to enjoy their time in paradise!

What airport do I fly into?
The closest airport to the resort is Cancún International Airport (CUN)

Are kids welcome?

We chose Royalton Riviera Cancún because of the endless list of activities that will turn us all to children - so children are encouraged!
The Kids Club is loaded with all the amenities of an all-inclusive luxury resort, with fun, kid-oriented activities scheduled throughout the week, making for a vacation experience parents appreciate and children will never forget! Let them play and have fun in a secure environment while you enjoy too.

Children ages 0-1 are able to stay at the resort for free.
Children ages 2-12 are able to stay at the resort for a discounted rate.
We do encourage families to stay at the Diamond Club, so you willl have access to Diamond Club services and upgraded amenities.

What are the visa and/or passport requirements for Mexico?

Travel to Mexico requires a valid passport. For ease of mind, please ensure that your passport expires 6 months from the date of entry into Mexico). Mexico has no visa requirement for US Citizens, but you will be asked to fill out a FMM form (Mexico's visitor permit) on the plane or once you land. Once you get to Immigration and Customs in Cancún airport, the agents will give you the bottom half to retain, until you leave the country. It is VERY important to keep this secure until you leave Mexico.
