Woohoo! Pack your bags, we're going to Punta Cana! We're very excited to have you join us for our wedding weekend. To make things simple, we've hired a travel agent to help our guests arrange accommodation. We've chosen to stay at the Secrets Royal Beach, and would encourage you to stay with us!
Many details are below, but here are a few IMPORTANT things to note:

1. Only have 1 person from your party make a room reservation using the form below. Don't have 2 people in the same room fill out the form.

2. We recommend groups of 2 reserve rooms for optimal comfort, but rooms can accommodate up to 3 guests. We've quoted prices for groups of 2 below, but having 3 guests will bring the price per person down nominally.

3. Transportation to and from the airport are included in your booking price. No need to arrange a taxi when arriving or leaving Cancun.

4. To guarantee availability and discounted pricing, please put down your retainer with our agent as soon as possible!

Most importantly, our strong relationship with the resort helps to ensure that members of the Amanda & John wedding party that are booked through us will not be walked and placed in another resort due to overbooking.
We have a 24-hour emergency line available for our clients if there should be any flight delays or problems at the resort while traveling. Again, instead of reaching a call center, you will reach one of our in-house travel agents, who will do what they can to resolve your problem.

Covid information
As of January 26th, 2021 the CDC requires anyone traveling INTO the United States to have a negative covid test 72 hours or less from the destination. We are not sure that will be in effect in Oct, but here is the hotel's policy at this time.
 
The Secrets Royal Beach will provide the test at free of charge on-site. If you test positive, they will give free medical care and provide quarantine accommodations up to 14 days free of charge.
 
Again, things can change, but as of now, that is the policy.

WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU PURCHASE TRAVEL INSURANCE THROUGH OUR TRAVEL AGENT.

In today's COVID world, it is important that you feel comfortable knowing you can cancel your trip without penalty should unforeseen circumstances arise. This is cancel anytime for any reason insurance. You must purchase at the time of your room deposit. You will be given the option to add travel insurance at check-out on our travel website.

*Cancel any time for any reason up to 48 hours before you travel
*100% of land is refundable (meaning the non-flight portion of your trip)
*If you choose to insure your flights, 75% of air is refundable
*The cost of insurance is scaled based on the cost of your trip. The more expensive your trip (the more nights you stay the more expensive it is), the more expensive it is. Most people will pay approximately $90 per person for insurance

We can sell Cancel for ANY reason insurance with your room block (not if you are a resident of New York State! It is the only insurance that will cover COVID! It covers cancel up to 48 hours BEFORE you travel and you get back 75% of the cost of the trip. If not, we can sell insurance that is canceled for "covered reason" ask us how! Susan Green and Team!
1) If two of you are paying for the room, you CAN use two separate credit cards to pay. Let the travel advisor Susan Green know.

2) You can make MONTHLY payments till the final payment is due. Let the Travel Advisor Susan Green know!

3) When you fill out the reservation form it does not automatically make your reservation or charge your credit card. The information is sent to me so I can review it first. If I have any questions I will reach out to you for verification. As long as everything looks good I will make the reservation and email you a receipt showing the payment and another email with information about your reservation. FYI, If you fill out the form after business hours (5:00 pm MNT) or over the weekend it may be the next day before you receive a confirmation.

4) You can always add a person to your room after your reservation has been made as long as it doesn’t go above the room occupancy limit. If you’re waiting to make a reservation because you’re not sure if someone will be with you in the room, I suggest you go ahead and secure your reservation now and then add them later.

5) Can I switch the person in my room? Yes! Just send me an email with the name of the guest to be removed along with the name (as it appears on their passport) of the new guest, their birthday, and email address. Once I have this information I’ll make the adjustment.

6) We do not do air for the trip as many of you use miles and other options, but we suggest using Google Flights or the HOPPER app to track flights. Please email Susan our travel advisor with your flights once you have them booked so she can help with transfers.

7) If you can’t make it to the wedding, send Susan green an email (she has to have it in writing) letting her know you need to cancel your reservation. She will then email you a confirmation. If you are in the cancelation period, they will send you what you have left on the reservation. If you purchased the travel insurance and have to cancel you will be refunded the amount according to the travel insurance guidelines.

8) If you want to have rooms next to each other, let Susan Green our travel advisor know that. That is ON REQUEST, but she will do the best she can.
