We're very excited to have you join us for our wedding weekend. To make things simple, we've hired a travel agent to help our guests arrange accommodation. We've chosen to stay at Secrets Vallarta Bay, and would encourage you to stay with us!
Many details are below, but here are a few IMPORTANT things to note:
1. Only have 1 person from your party make a room reservation using the form below. Don't have 2 people in the same room fill out the form.
2. We recommend groups of 2 reserve rooms for optimal comfort, but rooms can accommodate up to 3 guests. We've quoted prices for groups of 2 below, but having 3 guests will bring the price per person down nominally.
3. Transportation to and from the Puerto Vallarta International airport is included in your booking price. No need to arrange a taxi when arriving or leaving Puerto Vallarta (PVR)
4. To guarantee availability and discounted pricing, please put down your retainer with our agent as soon as possible!

While DWE can offer competitive prices, we also offer personalized service. Anytime you have a question or concern, you will be able to contact us directly and will not have to go through a call center and speak with a different person each time.
We have a 24-hour emergency line available for our clients if there should be any flight delays or problems at the resort while traveling. Again, instead of reaching a call center, you will reach one of our in-house travel agents, who will do what they can to resolve your problem.
Most importantly, our strong relationship with the resort helps to ensure that members of Amanda and Derek's wedding party that are booked through us will not be walked and placed in another resort due to overbooking.

It is interest-free! All you have to do is submit your secured payment form online. It will give Destination Weddings Expert, LLC (or our affiliates) permission to debit your Debit OR Credit Card for any amount you choose, and how often you choose.

A minimum non-refundable* deposit of $100 per person is due no later than April 1st, 2022, in order to secure your room and roundtrip airport/resort/airport transportation.

Subject to availability at the time of booking after this date.

For bookings made after 4/5: A second deposit to meet 50% of your balance will be due by September 1st, 2022

Every guest must have a valid passport. You will need this to board your flight and the resort will ask for it when you check-in. If you do not have a passport, or need to renew it, click below.

Note: Due to Covid, processing time has increased, causing delays in passports. If you will be attending the wedding and need a first-time passport OR need to renew your passport, please do this ASAP. Without it, you will not be able to attend the wedding.
Please also check your expiration date on your current passport. It must be valid 6 months from your return date.

1We recommend you book your flights as early as you can. You may book it via your favorite airline.
Since you'll be booking your room with our group, private transportation to and from the airport (PVR) is included!

*Words of Advice*
- If you arrive at the resort before check-in time, you are able to utilize all the amenities (pool, restaurants, activities, etc.). Pack a small bag with swimwear and other necessities to utilize the resort while you wait for your room.
- Please give yourself at least 24-36 hrs before the wedding day to arrive in case of delays or flight cancellations.

Optional Travel Protection pricing upon request. The average cost of your travel protection is about 6-10% of the total trip cost.*

Rooms reserved at a discounted rate, on a first-come, first-served basis. Our agents will do their best to honor the discounted rate outside the 10 rooms, however, the early-booking discount is not guaranteed. The sooner you reserve with your deposit, the better.
The exclusive rate is an ALL-INCLUSIVE room rate and includes private roundtrip airport transfer.

If you book at a different hotel/resort, you will not be able to partake in activities leading up to the wedding and/or wedding ceremony without incurring additional fees for daily passes starting from $130+ a day/per person.

We are confident in our pricing but if you were to find a cheaper “deal” outside of DWE, LLC please allow us an opportunity to price match. We would like to do our best to keep family and friends consolidated at the resort for accountability.
