Caitlin Kennedy
Maid of Honour

Caitlin is my life partner! Best friend for 9 years, roommate for 4, esteemed colleague for 4, and the most loving person you'll ever know! Caitlin's interests include drinking sangria, educating the masses, and supporting her friends.  Caitlin is an exceptional listener but doesn't enjoy cuddling with me as much as I do her. Look out for this beauty on the dance floor, she once dropped it so low she ripped her shorts in half! I am grateful for this lifelong friendship!

Kathryn Cox
Bridesmaid
Kathryn is my best friend from high school; we first met in badminton club where I decided that she was pretty and nice, therefore she should be my friend. In her free time, you can find Kathryn planning brunches, volunteering with youth groups, or stuck on the highway with car trouble. She will laugh with you through hard things, never takes herself too seriously, and gives the absolute best compliments. I’m grateful to take on adventures with her!
Pati Wnuk
Bridesmaid

Pati is my best friend and roommate from undergrad! We met in residence in our first year and I have been looking up to her ever since.  Pati's interests include quality time with family, philanthropy, and kicking ass in male-dominated fields. My favourite memories of Pati include:  securing us weekly rides to McDonalds, dropping everything to train to Whitby and support me, and dancing at the club with her eyes closed! I am so lucky to have this powerhouse in my life xo

Paula D'aurelio
Bridesmaid and Master of Ceremony
Paula is my best friend from high school and has graciously accepted a dual role in our ceremony! We asked her to be MC because she is fiercely confident, playfully hilarious, and has a voice that demands to be heard (it's loud)! Paula spends her days as a teacher, giving lessons on English and respect. I am so grateful for her friendship and she MIGHT be a better dancer than me.
Vicky Giordano
Bridesmaid
Vicky is my best friend from high school and favourite neighbour.  Her interests include: drinking wine, being a cool aunt, and watching Jurassic Park.  We became friends in grade 11, when I needed a ride to school and saw my opening for lifelong friendship.  Vicky is known for being kind, hilarious, and the founder of the side-step, criss-cross dance-move you will undoubtedly see on Sept. 5!
Deanna Martan
Bridesmaid

Deanna is my best friend from high school and long-distance love throughout undergrad. She has the most adorable laugh you'll ever hear and encourages all of us to "bring our A-game". Though we have some differences (Deanna goes to the gym), she is always eager to support her friends and always asks insightful questions! Deanna's confidence is infectious and I'm so proud to have her in my life xo

Kayla Lannon
Bridesmaid
Kayla is my soon-to-be sister! Kayla's interests include baking, her adorable pup (Murphy), and keeping Brody's hair out of his eyes. I fell in love with her hilarity, generosity, and willingness to dance in any setting! Kayla can hold her liquor far better than her brother(s) and I’m so grateful to be joining our families together!
Robyn Semotuik
Bridesmaid
Robyn is my best friend from childhood and has known me my entire life. My favourite memories with Robyn include dressing up in Disney costumes, creating our own soap opera, and bonding over our irritatingly brilliant siblings. We found our shared passion for social justice through our feminist work with young women. Robyn makes the world a safer place and I’m so grateful for her infectiously positive presence!
Dustin Harris
Best Man
Dustin is my long time best friend, drinking buddy and best man. He works hard and he plays even harder. All of my best memories include this guy and he’s one of the funniest people I know. Our friendship started in the 2nd grade at an Oshawa generals game, being the same goofs we are now.
Brody Lannon
Groomsman
Brody is my younger brother and the better looking sibling in the bunch (sorry Kayla). I’ve really enjoyed watching him grow up and in many cases he’s taught me a thing or two. I couldn’t be happier to have him as a groomsman and a friend. If he can still breakdance like he used to, watch out for him on the dance floor.
Mitchel Daniel
Groomsman
Mitch is Mandy’s brother and, as you’ll come to notice, the only doctor in the family. While he’s been studying species of fish, I’ve learned that there’s only one fish in the sea for me! Mitch is an expert in exactly three things: biology, board games, and giving Mandy a hard time. I’m excited to get to know him better and will be proud to call him family!
Andrew Ferguson
Groomsman and Master of Ceremony
This guy is like my other half. From childhood friends, to undergrad roommates, he’s always been right there with me. This guy can rock the hell out of a set of rock band drums or kick ass in Mario kart. Andrew will be one half of our MC duo on September 5th, and I know he’ll be torn trying to figure out just the right amount of embarrassing stories to tell.
Cooper Dykeman
Groomsman
Coop dog and I always had a special friendship. We never had a problem carving our own path and seeing what happens. Coop will talk your ear off about anything and everything and that’s something that serves him well as a barber - a place people have to listen to him while he drags a razor across their face.
Alex Scott
Groomsman
I’ve known Alex since high school and he certainly bumps our groups collective IQ up by, well a lot. Him and I always have a good laugh at all the things our friends do that just don’t make sense, like Andrews fergyisms. This guy is always down for a good time and I’m glad he’ll be there for this one.
Brody Aitchison
Groomsman
Brody loves to climb trees. No really, he’s an Arborist. Brody and I have been friends since as long as I can remember. From playing mini sticks as kids to baseball as adults, we’ve always been teammates on and off the field. Brody was the first friend I made in Courtice and I’m lucky that we’re still so close. Not only will this guy cut your tree down but he’ll cut a rug too.
Kieran Mulroy
Groomsman
I know what your thinking, “I wonder if the curtain matches his pubes”.
Kieran and I met in undergrad in Ottawa and we instantly connected. It could have been over the fact that we shared the same nickname “ginger”, it could have been because he’s hilarious, who knows. Together, Kieran and I always have way too much fun. When I introduced him to my friends they all loved him. I’m really excited to have him as a groomsman, he brings a lot of colour to the lineup.
