Please reserve your room through our room block your room by April 12, 2022. There is only a $100 room deposit required to officially reserve your room through our block. The final payment is due September 2, 2022.

Round-trip airport to resort transportation will be included with your room booking through our wedding block. Our wedding planner will begin collecting everyone's arrival and departure flight details two months prior to travel.

This total includes lodging as listed and round trip airport to resort land transportation. Travel insurance will be required and added based on your final selection.

Once you have the suite you would like to book, approve your proposal. A deposit invoice will follow.

A PASSPORT IS REQUIRED IN ORDER TO TRAVEL OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES. Please locate the nearest Post Office or click the link below to receive more information on how to obtain a passport.

Routine Processing: 8-11 weeks

Expedited Processing: 5-7 weeks

Mexico does not require COVID-19 vaccination or proof of a negative COVID-19 test prior to arrival. 

Prior to returning to the United States, you will be required proof of a negative COVID-19 test result. Same-day testing is available at the resort. 

As of April 1, 2021, the state of Quintana Roo (state where the hotel is located) will be requiring all foreign tourists over the age of 14 years of age to pay a tax of $244 Mexican pesos (around $11 USD).

The payment can be made prior to travel, upon arrival or during the stay, as the tax will be imposed upon departure.

Visitors will have the option to access visitax.gob.mx/, where they will complete a brief questionnaire and make the payment.

The VISITAX form will request the following information:
-Number of people traveling
-Name, age, and passport number of each individual
-Departure date

Every tourist departing the state of Quintana Roo must show their proof of payment at the airport prior to boarding.
