1. Look for places in Aldea Zama: This is an exclusive neighborhood in Tulum near the heart of the town and only 5 min away from the beach. 

- Gated neighborhood with 24 hour security 

- Shops and restaurants located in the neighborhood 

- Near wedding venue

- Most places come with complimentary bikes and airport shuttles. 

2. VRBO.com or Airbnb: Has great selection from mid-high range villas and condos. Make sure you read the fine lines for what is included during your stay. Some places come with complimentary meals, transportation and daily cleaning while others do not. 

3. MayaLuxe or LuxuryRetreats.com: This is for the upscale traveler who enjoys beachfront properties, chef meals and a concierge.

Things to note as you search for your place: Some locations say Tulum but may actually be in Puerto Aventuras, Akumal, Tankah,or Soliman Bay. These places are about 15min north or south of Tulum center. Playa del Carmen is over 30 min away.
