The deadlines for booking are as follows:
May 31st - Lock in your room category and arrival/departure dates with Yvonne by this day!
August 15th - Book your airfare by this date to ensure you get the best prices and options!
November 7th - Final payment for your trip needs to be made by this date!!
Please note that airfare rates will start coming out for our dates around May 10th!! This should give you time to get an idea of airfare rates if it's going to affect your length of stay, arrival departure dates, etc.
Please get your passport ASAP, if you haven't already! You can print out the paperwork online, then need to get your picture taken at a CVS or Post Office that does them, and then take all of your documents to the Post Office or Courthouse to get them sent in! The link below has all of the information you should need!
P.S. Please check beforehand to make sure that you are going to a post office that is able to process passports, or you are able to get it processed at a courthouse. The cost for passports is approximately $150.
If you desire to purchase travel insurance, you will contact the company yourself... Travel Guard Insurance can be contacted at 1-800-826-1300 or on www.TravelGuard.com . The cost for travel insurance is a percentage based on the cost of your trip. You would initially purchase the land portion to cover your stay in Punta Cana, then you would contact the company to add insurance to cover your airfare once it is booked.
