Woohoo! Pack your bags, we're going to Mexico! We're very excited to have you join us for our wedding weekend. To make things simple, we've hired a travel agent to help our guests arrange accommodation. We've chosen to stay at the Moon Palace Cancun, and would encourage you to stay with us!
Many details are below, but here are a few IMPORTANT things to note:

1. Only have 1 person from your party make a room reservation using the form below. Don't have 2 people in the same room fill out the form.

2. We recommend groups of 2 reserve rooms for optimal comfort, but rooms can accommodate up to 3 guests. We've quoted prices for groups of 2 below, but having 3 guests will bring the price per person down nominally.

3. Transportation to and from the airport are included in your booking price. No need to arrange a taxi when arriving or leaving Cancun.

4. To guarantee availability and discounted pricing, please put down your retainer with our agent as soon as possible!

You don't have to pay all at once! Book early and take advantage of the Easy Monthly Payment Plan. It is interest-free! All you have to do is submit your secured payment form online. It will give Destination Weddings Expert, LLC (or our affiliates) permission to debit your Debit OR Credit Card for any amount you choose, and how often you choose.

PAYMENT PLAN FOR NEW BOOKINGS MADE AFTER 05/21/2020:

A minimum non-refundable deposit of $150 per person is due no later than August 1st, 2020, in order to secure your room and shared roundtrip airport/resort/airport transportation. Subject to availability at the time of booking.

Rooms reserved at a discounted rate, on a first-come, first-served basis. Our agents will do their best to honor the discounted rate outside the 25 rooms, however, the early-booking discount is not guaranteed. The sooner you reserve with your deposit, the better.

The discounted rate is an ALL-INCLUSIVE room rate and includes shared roundtrip airport transfer.

Up to $1500 Resort Credit!
Guests will receive up to $1500 in credits towards activities, tours, spa and much more. Detailed specifics of the resort credit will be provided upon check-in.
Important information: Please note resort credit can be redeemed for limited amounts towards the various inclusions. Further details are available upon check-in. Reservations for services and amenities must be requested at the resort upon arrival and are subject to availability. The resort credit will be subject to 16% taxes and fees for amounts redeemed. Added-values are per room, per stay. Taxes and fees will be applied to the guests' folio and paid on check out. Resort Credits not applicable towards spa treatments.

If you book at a different hotel/resort, you will not be able to partake in activities leading up to the wedding and/or wedding ceremony without incurring additional fees for daily passes starting from $107 a day/per person.

We are confident in our pricing but if you were to find a cheaper “deal” outside of DWE, LLC please allow us an opportunity to price match. We would like to do our best to keep family and friends consolidated at the resort for accountability.
Lastly, when booking your reservation please ensure to fill out the Credit Card Authorization form, it is the last step of the reservation process.
