WOOHOO! Pack your bags, we're going to Mexico! We're very excited to have you join us for our wedding weekend. To make things simple, we've hired a travel agent to help our guests arrange accommodation. We've chosen to stay at the Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres, and would encourage you to stay with us!
Many details are below, but here are a few IMPORTANT things to note:
1. Have only ONE person from each group of guests make the room reservation using the form below. Don't have a 2nd person in the same room fill out the form.
2. We recommend groups of 2 reserve rooms for optimal comfort, but rooms can accommodate up to 3 guests. We've quoted prices for groups of 2 below, but having 3 guests will bring the price per person down nominally. The child's rate is also available in the room that can accommodate them.
3. Transportation to and from the airport is included in your booking price. No need to arrange a taxi when arriving or leaving Cancun.
4. To guarantee availability and discounted pricing, please pay your deposit with the room reservation as soon as possible!

Most importantly, our strong relationship with the resort helps to ensure that members of the BRIDE-GROOM wedding party that is booked through us will not be walked and placed in another resort due to overbooking.

Rooms reserved at a discounted rate, on a first-come, first-served basis. Our agents will do their best to honor the discounted rate outside the 50 rooms, however, the early-booking discount is not guaranteed. The sooner you reserve with your deposit, the better.
The discounted rate is an ALL-INCLUSIVE room rate and includes shared roundtrip airport transfer. An option to upgrade to a private transfer is available at an extra cost of $30 per person.
If you book at a different hotel/resort, you will not be able to partake in activities leading up to the wedding and/or wedding ceremony without incurring additional fees for daily passes starting from $107 a day/per person.
We are confident in our pricing but if you were to find a cheaper “deal” outside of CCV LLC please allow us an opportunity to price match. We would like to do our best to keep family and friends consolidated at the resort for accountability.
Lastly, when booking your reservation please ensure to fill out the Credit Card Authorization form, it is the last step of the reservation process. To reserve your room and apply your deposit, please click the "Book My Room" Link Below! You will receive a reservation confirmation and invoice within 48 hours.
A minimum non-refundable deposit of $100 per person is due at the time of booking, in order to secure your room and shared roundtrip airport/resort/airport transportation.
