We first met at Yelp in 2016 - we were introduced to each other by a colleague who knew we were both fans of the Fast & Furious franchise (RIP Paul). Being nervous and wanting to impress Alexis, Brad bragged about hosting F&F watch parties where Corona's were the only drink allowed, naturally. It wasn't until later on in their relationship that Alexis learned these parties never once occurred. Nonetheless, this was the common thread that would bring them together in the future.
Jump forward to April 2017, after a handful of passing conversations at work, the latest Fast & Furious movie was premiering (Yes, it took Brad almost a full year to ask Alexis out). Alexis obliged and even showed up to the date with two Corona's in hand. Although neither of them realized at the time, this was the start to their forever.
In July 2018 - we moved into our very first home! We love to cook together, binge watch our favorite shows (side note - will there ever be a show as good as Game of Thrones?) and find fun projects to tackle.

In February 2019, Brad surprised Alexis and brought home this sweet boy. For those of you who haven't met Beasley, he's a 60 pound teddy bear who loves cuddling, car rides and the occasional sock.
Brad surprised Alexis with a trip to Los Angeles! He planned the entire day with a personal tour of all the hot spots in the Fast & Furious movies. The last stop was El Matador beach in Malibu where he had a blanket set up with roses, champagne and even hired a photographer to capture the moment of him popping the question to Alexis. The weekend was beyond perfect - we are so excited to continue this journey of life together and can't wait to see what our future holds!
