Things to know:
Jackson Hole Airport is a 15 minute drive from the town of Jackson. This is the fastest and easiest way to travel to Jackson Hole. You are usually greeted with free mimosas, which should help kickstart the events!
Some lodging in town offers free shuttle service to and from the Jackson Hole airport.
Please book flights early, as fares rise quickly.
Idaho Falls Airport is just under two hour drive outside of Jackson.
Salt Lake City International Airport is the next largest airport nearby and is a 4.5 hour drive from Jackson. This is an option as flights tend to be significantly cheaper. There are even shuttle options from SLC to Jackson:

We highly recommend a rental car for the area, especially if you'll be taking a couple extra days to see the sites (Grand Teton National Park, Yellowstone National Park). There are rental car agencies at all three airports as well as in the town of Jackson.
All drives in to town (near and far) are beautiful!
RENTAL CAR
We recommend reserving a rental car for your stay, as this will make touring the national parks and getting to/from recreational activities much easier.
Another option for car rentals is TURO.com. This company allows car owners to rent out their cars (think VRBO for cars).

Uber is available in Jackson Hole but it's limited. There are a few taxi companies; just remember to call in advance if you need them.

In the Jackson Hole valley at about 6,400ft of elevation – average highs range from the mid 70s in early September to mid 60s in late September. Average lows range from mid 30s in early September to upper 20s in late September.
It warms up beautifully during the day, but as soon as the sun goes down it gets chilly. Make sure to always bring a jacket!
Jackson Hole sits at 6300 feet at the base and gets higher if you go up the mountains for activities. If altitude sickness is an issue for you, we suggest you begin your prescription prior to arriving as that works best for preventing altitude sickness, and water (tons of water!!) If you find yourself dehydrated or needing a hangover fix, IV therapy is linked below as well our spa recommendation.
