How to Travel Around Crested Butte
If you are staying on the mountain, the best and easiest way to get to downtown Crested Butte is by taking the town's free shuttle, the Mountain Express.
There is a free town shuttle every 20 minutes from 7:35 am to midnight every day.

Once you are in town, everything is in walking distance, or you can rent a bike to cruise around Elk Avenue.
