Friday night welcome bonfire
If you're in town on Friday night before the wedding, we'd love to see you! Please join us at the venue for drinks and s'mores. We'll be outside (or under a tent if it rains), so please dress comfortably for the weather.
We encourage you to RSVP to let us know you're coming.

Schedule of Festivities
3:30pm — Ceremony followed by a cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing
10:30pm — Afterparty (for anyone who isn't done partying yet)

Our reception will be entirely outside and under a tent. The tent will have heaters, but please keep in mind that autumn evenings in the Catskills can get chilly.
No high heels, please! Our venue does not permit high heels in the studio space where we are holding the ceremony, and the reception will be outdoors. Block heels, wedges, etc. are all fine.
In order to celebrate safely, we are requiring that everyone who attends either be vaccinated or have a negative COVID test result within 48 hours of the event. (Update: from the information you have provided, we believe our adult guests are 100% vaccinated!)
The only indoor portion of the wedding will be a brief ceremony. During the ceremony, we ask that all guests wear a mask.
The rest of the celebration will be outdoors and under a tent (without walls, weather permitting) and masks will not be required.
Parking is limited at the venue; about 35 cars can fit comfortably. If possible, please plan to carpool or take the shuttle.
NOTE: Uber and Lyft are not options around Mount Tremper. Also, if you're taking a cab, you'll need to make arrangements ahead of time. Cell service and cab companies are both limited in the Phoenicia area!

We've put together a list of some recommended lodging options, which you can find below. That said, your best option for lodging may be Airbnb or similar options.
Getting to the Catskills
By far the easiest way to get to the Catskills is to drive.
There is a Trailways bus that can take you from New York City directly into Phoenicia, but there aren't any car rental places in or around Phoenicia. You can also take Amtrak to Rhinecliff Station and rent a car from one of the agencies in nearby Kingston.
Getting to Mt. Tremper Arts
Parking is available at the venue but is somewhat limited, so we encourage you to carpool, take the shuttle, or take a cab to and from the venue. Please note that Uber and Lyft are NOT available in the area, and you likely will not have cell service at the venue.
