Let me tell you about when boy first met girl...
How did we meet? We met the modern day equivalent of the old fashioned way. During the fall of 2012, internet dating was in its infancy but that was ok because eHarmony matched me with a beautiful, smart, and funny woman named Becky. Over the next seven years, we would travel the world, go to dozens of concerts and ten times that many restaurants around the Twin Cities. We are truly soul mates and who knows what adventures await for us as we transition to the next phase of our life as a married couple. We do know one thing…it will not be boring!
Then, in the winter of 2015, Alan got a Golden Retriever puppy named Fritz...The rest is fluffy history.
In 2016 Becky bought a house in Uptown, Minneapolis...right before leaving for two weeks to travel throughout Europe!
After six years of dating, Alan finally (most common response from friends and family) popped the big question while we were relaxing (and avoiding winter) in Mexico. Of course, Becky said "yes," and much celebrating ensued (with celebratory shots of tequila). Wedding planning started in the summer of 2018 and hasn't really stopped...
And here we are, on the path to married life. Things are looking bright!
