To confirm your accommodation booking, a 25% deposit is required, the outstanding balance can then be paid in monthly installments as you wish OR it can be paid as a once off lump sum.
The total outstanding amount must be paid in full by 29 July 2023 (8 weeks before departure).
Partial Cancellation Fees:
Cancellation fees of 10% will be charged if:
The cancellation is received between the confirmation date and 80 days prior to the group's departure
Cancellation fees of 30% will be charged if:
The cancellation is received between 79 days and 36 days prior to the group's arrival
Cancellation fees of 40% will be charged if:
The cancellation is received between 35 days and 20 days prior to the group's arrival
Cancellation fees of 80% will be charged if:
The cancellation is received between 19 days and 4 days prior to the group's arrival
