Ceremony

We invite you to share in our joy and request your presence at the wedding ceremony of Alana & Hendrik, which will be followed by canapes and a reception.  

Dress Code

Beach Formal: Elegant Beach Attire

Ladies: A dress, suit, or jumpsuit all work for a beach formal wedding. Opt for soft florals & pastels and keep it to breathable fabrics (avoid cream and white please). Tea-length dresses and jumpsuits are acceptable for beach formal attire. To up the elegance, wear a fabric such as metallic or lace. Since stilettos are a hazard on the sand, wear a chunky heel, formal sandals or even opt for no shoes at all!

Gents: Wear a smart button-up shirt with smart shorts or slacks of your choice. Opt for solid colors or floral prints. A summer suit is a perfect solution. Consider a breathable fabric such as linen, khaki, or seersucker. If barefoot is not your style, dress shoes or a nice pair of shoes/sandals that compliment the slacks/short would be recommended.

The wedding will be followed by canapés and cocktails, and some fun photo opportunities. 
Please start gathering around at 18:30, as reception will formally start at 19:00.

The Reception

Let's celebrate the newly wedded couple as Mr and Mrs Knoetze during the reception at the lovely L'Horizon restaurant.
