Woohoo! Pack your bags, we're going to Jamaica! We're very excited to have you join us for our wedding weekend. To make things simple, we've hired a travel agent to help our guests arrange accommodations. We've chosen to stay at the Moon Palace Jamaica, and would encourage you to stay with us!

Many details are below, but here are a few IMPORTANT things to note:

1. Make a room reservation based on the number of occupants and complete the form attached for each person staying in the room.

2. We recommend two people in a room for optimal comfort, but rooms can accommodate up to four guests. We've quoted prices for groups of two below, but having three guests will bring the price per person down nominally.

3. Transportation to and from the airport are included in your booking price. No need to arrange a taxi when arriving or leaving Jamaica.

4. To guarantee availability and discounted pricing, please put down your retainer with our agent as soon as possible!

5. To ensure your attendance to all planned events, you must be booked within the wedding room block. This can only happen if you have booked your package through our travel agent. If you have booked outside of the room block or at a different hotel, there will be a charge starting at $210 per person per day for events held at the resort.

What Does This Rate Include?
This rate includes all of your taxes and fees, your shared roundtrip airport/resort/airport transfers as well as your Club MoBay VIP Arrival & Departure Service.

*The rate does NOT include airfare or optional travel protection.

The airport with the most flight options to the resort is the Sangster International Airport (MBJ)

We recommend booking your flights as early as you can. You may book it via your favorite airline. Consider using miles or credit card points if you have them.

If you would like to book your flight + hotel as a package this can be arranged with our agent as well. In the reservation form mark "YES" to the flight question and let us know your airline and connection preferences for published rates. We will provide the updated pricing and deposit for the package with all of the inclusions. We will also be providing a quote in late January 2023 for group air if there are at least ten people flying from the same location, on the same dates.

You don't have to pay all at once! Book early and take advantage of the Easy Monthly Payment Plan. It is interest-free! All you have to do is submit your secured payment form online. It will give Jones Global Travel (or our affiliates) permission to debit your Debit OR Credit Card for any amount you choose and how often you choose.

Until October 31, 2022 - A minimum non-refundable deposit of $100 per person is due in order to secure your room, shared roundtrip airport/resort/airport transportation and VIP Arrival and Departure Services at Club MoBay.

November 1, 2022 - December 31, 2022 - A minimum non-refundable deposit of $250 per person is due in order to secure your room, shared roundtrip airport/resort/airport transportation and VIP Arrival and Departure Services at Club MoBay.

January 1, 2023 - February 27, 2023 - A minimum non-refundable deposit of $500 per person is due in order to secure your room, shared roundtrip airport/resort/airport transportation and VIP Arrival and Departure Services at Club MoBay.

Second Deposit Payment of 50% of each guest's total reservation cost is due by February 28th, 2023. (Email reminders will be sent to each guest in advance).

***The final balance is due by June 12th, 2023.***

Rooms reserved at a discounted rate, on a first-come, first-served basis. Our agents will do their best to honor the discounted rate outside the 20 rooms, however, the early-booking discount is not guaranteed. The sooner you reserve with your deposit, the better.

The discounted rate is an ALL-INCLUSIVE room rate and includes shared roundtrip airport transfer and VIP Arrival & Departure Services by Club MoBay.
If you book at a different hotel/resort, you will not be able to partake in activities leading up to the wedding and/or wedding ceremony without incurring additional fees for daily passes starting from $210 a day/per person.

We are confident in our pricing but if you were to find a cheaper “deal” outside of Jones Global Travel, please allow us an opportunity to price match. We would like to do our best to keep family and friends consolidated at the resort for accountability.

Lastly, when booking your reservation please ensure to fill out the Credit Card Authorization form, it is the last step of the reservation process.
