Pack your bags, we are going to Mexico! We are very excited to have you join us for our wedding festivities. To make things simple, we have hired a travel agent to help our guests book their accomodation inside our room block. We have chosen to have our wedding at Dreams Bahia Mita and ask you to stay with us there for all of the wedding events.
Many details are below, but here are a few IMPORTANT things to note:
1. Only have 1 person from your party make a room reservation using the form below. Make sure you include everyone who's staying in your room.. Just one form per room.
2. Dreams Bahia Mita Surf & Spa is a family-friendly, all-inclusive resort. The price of the room includes the all-inclusive package of food, drinks and shared transfers to/from the Puerto Vallarta airport.
3. The max occupancy per room varies based on which room category is chosen. See the "Accommodation" section for details.
4. Transportation to and from the airport is included in your booking price. No need to arrange a taxi when arriving or leaving Mexico.
5. To guarantee availability and pricing, please put down your deposit with our agent as soon as possible!
What to expect
• After submitting your form, Sunlover Travel will send you an invoice showing your room category, dates, deposit and balance information within 72 hours (unless you submit your form on the weekend or holiday).
• If you checked "yes" for the optional insurance you will be contacted by Sunlover Travel with the options and pricing. We cannot move forward with your booking until we hear back from you. This is because insurance can only be added to the reservation at the time of deposit.
• 2 -4 weeks prior to your final payment deadline, Sunlover Travel will send you a reminder email in case you need to update your file with a new card.
• Once your final payment has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your updated invoice as well as an additional email that contains your travel documents. Travel documents are electronic. Please be sure to save that email.
• You will be reminded to send in your flight information to Sunlover Travel no later than 60 days prior to departure.
• As we get closer to travel, Sunlover will send a group email with additional information and tips on traveling to Mexico!

DEPOSIT: is $50 per person ($100 per couple)
FINAL PAYMENT: Due no later than JANUARY 15, 2026. All payments must be received by that date or the rooms will be canceled. There are no exceptions to this so please plan your payments according.
CANCELATION TERMS: Cancel before JANUARY 15, 2026 and any payments are fully refundable. Cancel after JANUARY 15, 2026 and all payments become non-refundable. We recommend purchasing trip insurance for any unforeseen events that may cause last minute cancelations.
SEND YOUR FLIGHT DETAILS: By March 30, 2026. You will be reminded to send in your flight information to SunLover Travel no later than 60 days prior to departure.

To be considered part of the wedding group, you must book through the group rates and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). We have negotiated competitive group rates and secured a room block to make this as easy as possible for our bride and groom. Additional fees will apply to visit the resort or come to wedding related events should you book off property. The pre-negotiated rates include all-inclusive hotel accommodations, hotel tax and fees and transfers. Room categories are available on a first come, first serve basis within the block.
• IMPORTANT: To book at these rates you are REQUIRED to stay a minimum of 3 nights or more.
• Rates are available 3-5 days pre/post the room block (based on availability)
•Any changes to a booking must be done in writing (via email) and changes requested after the balance due date must be paid for in full upfront before they are confirmed.
**Bedding not guaranteed means the resort will not guarantee a king bed or 2 double beds. They guarantee the room category but not the beds. A request is put in for every single reservation. It is noted on the reservation as well as the rooming list sent to the resort just a few weeks before arrival.
The closest airport to the resort is Puerto Vallarta (PVR). It is an international airport in the state of Mexico.
If you arrive at Dreams Bahia Mita before the check-in time, you can utilize all of the amenities (pool, restaurants, activities, etc.). Pack a small bag with swimwear and other essentials to take advantage of the amenities while you wait for your room to be ready.
Consider using miles or credit card points if you have them. If you would like to book your flight and hotel as a package, this can be arranged with our Travel Agent during the initial reservation request. *Please note that if you decide to package your hotel + flight together in one package, the reservation becomes non-refundable. So we recommend either purchasing travel insurance OR purchase flights seperately on your own. One of the best websites to search flight itinerary and pricing is www.google.com/flights
We recommend booking your flights as early as you can and securing flights that work best with your schedule. You can reserve your flights directly with your preferred airline. Please plan to arrive at least 24 – 36 hours before the wedding day in case of any delays or cancellations. A friendly reminder that the wedding is MAY 30, 2026.
Included in the price are shared transfers to and from the Puerto Vallarta Airport and Dreams Bahia Mita. These are non-stop shared transfers with other guests on them.

We have the rooms contracted in the room block from MAY 28-JUNE 2, 2026. If you require dates outside of what we have reserved in the room block, please contact our travel agent first before submitting the reservation form.

Once your reservation request form is received, your request and deposit will be processed and you will be sent an invoice. If there are questions or more information is needed, our travel agent will reach out via email.
You don't have to pay all at once. The minimum deposit amount is $50 per person (ie: if there are 2 adults in the room the total deposit is $100). Book early and make payments when it is convenient for you.

Why do I need travel insurance?
Because sometimes, you have to cancel a trip at last-minute. Travel insurance can reimburse you for your pre-paid, non-refundable trip costs – including vacation rentals, car rentals, hotels, and flights – if you have to cancel for a covered reason.
-Travel delays leave you stranded.
-Travel Insurance can reimburse you for eligible meals, accommodations, and transportation expenses during a covered delay.
-You get sick or hurt when you are far from home.
Travel insurance can reimburse you for care following a covered medical emergency while traveling. Some policies can even arrange and pay for a medical evacuation if needed.
During the reservation process, the registration form asks whether you are interested in travel insurance. Simply, select 'yes', and you will receive a quote directly from our travel agent. The price of travel insurance varies based on the cost of your package. Insurance can only be added at the time of deposit.

WILL I NEED A PASSPORT?
Yes! A passport is needed to fly to and from the U.S. and Mexico. A passport card will NOT work. Please take the time now to locate your passport and check the expiration date; make sure it is valid for 6 months after your anticipated return date. CAN WE MAKE ROOM REQUESTS?
Yes. At the time of booking, just note your request. Maybe it is a certain building or room number. Maybe you want to be next to a certain couple or maybe you have a dietary restriction or allergy. This includes any other special requests or accommodations you require. That would all go in the "special requests" section on the registration form. Please remember these are only requests, not guarantees. However, the resort does their best to accommodate when possible.
CAN I ADD SOMEONE TO MY ROOM?
Yes. You can always add a person to your room after your reservation has been made as long as it doesn’t go above the room occupancy limit. If you’re waiting to make a reservation because you’re not sure if someone will be with you in the room, we suggest you go ahead and secure your reservation now and then add them later.
CAN I SWITCH THE PERSON IN MY ROOM?
Yes. Just send Dorothy an email with the name of the guest to be removed along with the name (as it appears on their passport) of the new guest, their birthday, and email address. Once Dorothy has this information, she will make the adjustment.
OH NO! SOMETHING HAPPENED AND I CANNOT MAKE IT. WHAT DO I DO?
If you can’t make it to the wedding, send Dorothy an email (she has to have it in writing) letting her know you need to cancel your reservation. She will then email you a confirmation. If you cancel before JANUARY 15, 2026 they will refund you your deposit (minus insurance cost). If you cancel after JANUARY 15, 2026 the reservation is in full penalty and you will not receive a refund.
