The Venue

Dark Horse is a private estate, tucked away off Wilderness Road in Lovedale. Its private and peaceful yet it's very much in the heart of the Hunter, pleasing wine lovers and foodies alike. 

We fell in love with the venues stunning caviar black barns which cut a dramatic shape in the vines, paddocks and beautifully manicured lawns. 

We can't wait to enjoy Dark Horse together with you!

We will be arranging transport to and from the wedding for your convenience. Ubers are not available and Taxis can be scarce during peak times. Please let us know when you RSVP if you would like to be included in the bus transport.

There are a great variety of accommodation options in the Hunter Valley. We suggest booking at one of the following hotels, all of which are approximately 10 minutes from Dark Horse. 

Please let us know where you are staying when you RSVP so that we can arrange transport for you to and from the wedding.
