To make things simple, we've hired a Destination Wedding Travel Agency to help our guests arrange accommodation. We've chosen to stay at the Royalton Bavaro, and would encourage you to stay with us!
Many details are below, but here are a few IMPORTANT things to note:
1. Have 1 person from your party make a room reservation using the form below, adding all guests names. No need to have 2 people in the same room fill out the form.
2. We recommend groups of 2 reserve rooms for optimal comfort, but rooms can accommodate up to 4 guests. We've quoted prices for groups of 2 below, but having 3/4 guests will bring the price per person down nominally. (Average savings for Triple or Quad is $10 per night).
3. Transportation to and from the airport is included in your booking price within our room block. No need to arrange a taxi when arriving or leaving Punta Cana.
4. To guarantee availability and discounted pricing, please put down your retainer with our agent as soon as possible.

While Travel with the Trio, LLC can offer competitive prices, we also offer personalized service. Anytime you have a question or concern, you will be able to contact us directly and will not have to go through a call center and speak with a different person each time.
We have a 24-hour during-travel emergency line available for our clients if there should be any flight delays or problems at the resort while traveling. Again, instead of reaching a call center, you will reach one of our in-house travel agents, who will do what they can to resolve your problem.
Most importantly, our strong relationship with the resort helps to ensure that guest that are booked through us will not be walked and placed in another resort due to overbooking.

We highly suggest flying in Thursday, September 19, 2024 or earlier to take full advantage of the weekend's festivities.
Friendly reminder the wedding is on Friday, September 20, 2024.
*Minimum 3 nights stay is required by the resort and you may choose to stay as long as you want to enjoy your vacation.
Your passport must be valid 6 months from return date
Every guest must have a valid passport. You will need this to board your flight and the resort will ask for it when you check-in. If you do not have a passport or need to renew it, click below.
Processing time has increased, causing delays in passports. If you will be attending the wedding and need a first-time passport OR need to renew your passport, please do this ASAP. Without it, you will not be able to attend the wedding.
Please also check your expiration date on your current passport. It must be valid 6 months from your return date.
Closest airport to the resort is Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ)
We recommend you book your flights as early as you can. You may book it via your favorite airline.
Since you'll be booking your room with our group, transportation to and from the PUJ Airport (Punta Cana) is included!
*If you prefer to fly into Santo Domingo (SDQ) you may do so, but airport transfers are not included*
Consider using miles or credit card points if you have them.
*Words of Advice*
- If you arrive at the resort before check-in time, you are able to utilize all the amenities (pool, restaurants, activities, etc.). Pack a small bag with swimwear and other necessities to utilize the resort while you wait for your room.
- Please give yourself at least 24-36 hrs before the wedding day to arrive in case of delays or cancellations.
NOTE: Most airlines start publishing flights up to 11 months from your departure date
We Only Have 20 Rooms Guaranteed
Rooms reserved at a discounted rate, on a first-come, first-served basis. Our agents will do their best to honor the discounted rate outside the 20 rooms, however, the early-booking discount is not guaranteed. The sooner you reserve with your deposit, the better.
The discounted rate is an ALL-INCLUSIVE room rate and includes shared roundtrip airport transfer.
If you book at a different hotel/resort, you will not be able to partake in activities leading up to the wedding and/or wedding ceremony without incurring additional fees for daily passes starting from $150+ USD just to access the event/per person.
We are confident in our pricing but if you were to find a cheaper “deal” outside of Travel with the Trio, LLC please allow us an opportunity to review the pricing component or price match. We would like to do our best to keep family and friends consolidated at the resort for accountability.
Lastly, when booking your reservation please ensure to fill out the Credit Card Authorization form, it is the last step of the reservation process.

It is interest-free! All you have to do is submit your secured payment form online. It will give Travel with the Trio, LLC (or our affiliates) permission to debit your Debit OR Credit Card for any amount you choose, and how often you choose.
A minimum non-refundable* deposit of $200 per room is due no later than April 30, 2024 in order to secure your room and roundtrip airport/resort/airport transportation. Subject to availability at the time of booking after this date.
***Final Balance Due: June 25, 2024***
Please note that payments are NOT automatically processed. Travel with the Trio, LLC will receive your payment request and process these payments Tuesday's and Thursday's. Please note payment will appear on your credit card as ALG/Travel Impressions.

WHAT IS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING:
We require that all guests travelling complete the Booking Request Form. When completing the form, you will be asked to input the information.
DO YOU HAVE PAYMENT PLANS AVAILABLE?
Yes. You can select to make payments installments. Otherwise after your deposit payment has been made your invoice will be updated to reflect the set payment plan dates and amounts.
HOW DO I GET A CUSTOM QUOTE?
If you are interested in options for dates that are outside of the current group block, or would like a different room category quoted, please cary@travelwiththetrio.com, ask for a quote. Include in your comments which duration and/or room category you would like more information on.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR A CUSTOM QUOTE TO BE PROCESSED?
When you request a customized quote, please allow up to 7-14 days to receive pricing back. Reserving space for a group is a unique process and is different than booking a family vacation or doing it online. We want to ensure everyone is included in our group booking at the resort, so please inquire with our travel agent.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR A BOOKING CHANGE TO BE PROCESSED?
When you request a change to your booking, please allow up to 7-14 days to receive details back. Making changes is a unique process and it is based on resort processing time, approval, and availability. We want to ensure included in our group booking have a smooth process, so please inquire with our travel agent.
WHAT DOES ALL INCLUSIVE MEAN?
Your booking includes a room at the all-inclusive resort, and airfare and transfers between the airport and hotel. All Inclusive means that all of your meals, snacks, drinks, entertainment, non-motorized watersports, etc are included.
DO I NEED A PASSPORT?
Yes, passports are required to enter Dominican Republic. It’s also important to note that your passport must all not expire within 6 months AFTER travel in order to travel.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY TRIP?
We strongly recommend trip cancellation insurance and out of country insurance. This provides peace of mind and protects your trip in the event you need to cancel. You will receive an automatic email which will allow you to purchase travel insurance. If you need to cancel your booking, you must notify Travel with the Trio, LLC immediately. Cancellation charges are calculated based on the date that Travel with the Trio, LLC is notified in writing of the cancellation.
CANCELLATION CHARGES
At the time of cancellation, the following cancellation fees will be applicable:
91 days or more prior to departure date- Loss of deposit
Less than 90 days prior to departure date-100% of the total cost including taxes, fees and surcharges per person.
