A minimum non-refundable payment for the total cost of your room per person is due Immediately, in order to secure your room and shared roundtrip airport/resort/airport transportation.
The final balance is due by October 10th, 2020
Rooms reserved at a discounted rate, on a first-come, first-served basis.
Our agents will do their best to honor the discounted rate outside the 25 rooms, however, the early-booking discount is not guaranteed. The sooner you reserve with your deposit, the better.
The discounted rate is an ALL-INCLUSIVE room rate and includes shared roundtrip airport transfer.
If you book at a different hotel/resort, you will not be able to partake in activities leading up to the wedding and/or wedding ceremony without incurring additional fees for daily passes starting from $100+ a day/per person.

You will receive a reservation confirmation and invoice within 48 hours. We are confident in our pricing but if you were to find a cheaper “deal” outside of DWE, LLC please allow us an opportunity to price match. Screenshots will be required via email disclosing ALL components of your find. We would like to do our best to keep family and friends consolidated at the resort for accountability and planning purposes.
