We have reserved 10 rooms at the Parkside Hotel and Spa - which is where the wedding will be held. The two types of rooms that will be available are the One Bedroom Deluxe and One Bedroom Luxury rooms. Both rooms accommodate 4 people and extra people can be added for $20.00 a night!

The One Bedroom Deluxe suite includes one bedroom Queen or King Bed in the bedroom with a pull-out sofa in the living room. One bathroom with bathtub shower combo and a half kitchenette (two-burner stovetop, fridge and microwave).

The One Bedroom Luxury suite includes a guaranteed king bed with a pull-out sofa in the living room, full kitchen including stove, two bathrooms, and one with a soaker bathtub.

RATES

The Deluxe One Bedroom suite is  $335.00/night and the One Bedroom Luxury suites is $385.00/night.

As a token of our appreciation, we will be contributing $100.00 for your stay at the Parkside Hotel and Spa.

RESERVATIONS

Take advantage of the special rate. Reservations can be made through the hotel by calling 1-855-616-3557. Please request the Janmohamed & Young Wedding rate or Block Code: JANYOU24 at time of reservation to receive your group discount. Booking a third-party will not guarantee availability and will likely be higher than the rates given.

The hotel has advised that if you are staying for multiple days, the hotel will honour the group wedding rate. 

Please book before RSVP deadline of June 1st, 2024 to ensure room availability.

AMENITIES

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. Additionally, hotel guests can enjoy the hotel's 25-meter pool, hot tub, fitness center, and complimentary bicycles. There are several restaurants in the area, as well as the Tre Fantastico restaurant  which includes local coffee, and breakfast and lunch options. The Parkside Spa is located directly on the ground level and offers a wide-range of relaxing services.

PARKING

Parking is currently $19.00 + taxes per night and is not included in the room rate. FYI - the underground parking garage has a height restriction of 6 ft. 7 in.

Getting from Victoria International Airport to Parkside Hotel and Spa is easy and convenient! Whether you're arriving from near or far, we want to ensure a smooth journey to our wedding celebration. Here's how to make your way from the airport to our venue:

 - Shuttle Service: Upon your arrival at Victoria International Airport, you can take advantage of the shuttle service provided by Parkside Hotel and Spa. The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle for guests, making stops at the airport to transport you directly to the venue. To arrange for shuttle service, simply contact the hotel in advance with your arrival details.

- Taxi or Ride-Sharing (Uber, Lyft, Evo): Another convenient option is to take a taxi or use a ride-sharing service from the airport to Parkside Hotel and Spa. Taxis are readily available outside the terminal, and popular ride-sharing apps such as Uber and Lyft operate in the area. The approximate travel time from the airport to the venue is 30 minutes, depending on traffic conditions.

- Rental Car: For those who prefer the flexibility of having their own transportation, several car rental agencies are located at Victoria International Airport. You can easily rent a car upon arrival and drive to Parkside Hotel and Spa using GPS or navigation apps. The hotel offers on-site parking for guests, making it convenient to explore the area during your stay.

The quickest way to make it to Victoria is by air-travel. WestJet and Flair fly directly from Calgary to Victoria. Air Canada also provides flights to Victoria with a layover in Vancouver.

We recommend booking flights as soon as possible! The best time to book flights for September is in May of 2024 to avoid increased pricing and flight availability.
